THE CHURCH IS OUT OF ORDER

2 Timothy 3:14-17 (KJV)
14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

To many churches are out of order. I started in a church that I thought taught the word of God and then joined a church that I believed was teaching the word of God but now I know better. Because I affiliated with leaders who had impressive credentials I assumed they knew better than I but, as I studied the word of God for myself I realized it was partial teachings. The word says “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God” not some Scripture. If a church leader is presenting part of God’s word he, and especially she, is out of order.

What I see is people continuing in the things they have learned, I speak of some Christians. Yes, I see children behaving in ways that are not holy even though their parents, some children, way to many children, identify as Christian. What I see is imperfect Christians that are not doing good works.

Galatians 5:19-25 (KJV)
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

If a Christian lives in “the Spirit” he or she is submitted to God not man or even self. As a Believer studies Scripture he will learn that getting a new car, a new home or any other material thing is not a priority to God. As a Believer walks “in the Spirit” she realizes that the Word of God calls for her to raise her children according to the Word of God and yield her will to her husband (not every man she is attracted to). Many churches, the ones who taught seed planting to produce a harvest that satisfies ones fleshly, materialistic, desires are producing fruit of the flesh.
“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” These behaviors, attitudes are seen in individuals who identify as Christian and they think it is OK or it is being seen in their children. Look at what is going on in the world.
Christians are being taught to hate the Truth, God’s word is true, and to accept an abbreviated, adulterated version of God’s word that allows for behaviors that are not pleasing to God.
For years I have been telling people to read, study, the Bible, I have given away Bibles. I will continue to encourage people to read God’s word but my focus will be on helping those who are ready for a change.

Titus 1:15-16 (KJV)
15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

It grieves me, as I am sure it grieves the Holy Spirit, but I want to help people who want to please Him and not them. I know many people who attend churches that have compromised the Word of God, they know the Truth yet they have decided to remain loyal to their church. I pray that they will come to the knowledge of the Truth and allow Jesus to be Lord of their lives. I pray they will humble themselves, repent and seek His face before it is to late; I pray this for the individual and the church leaders; that they will get back in order.
