My desire in blogging is to share my experiences, which is centered around my faith. So far this year, 2024, I have read the entire Bible, read the book of Psalm and now I am doing a word study. I have completed 5 post based on the words obey and obedience:

My original thinking was sharing the study with you however I have decided to continue this walk by myself, though I may share from time to time. This blog is dedicated to the promotion of being a woman of God and we do more than read the Bible. I am a more than a writer, I earn a comfortable income as a tax preparer, my third career is that of a homemaker. (see my post: HOMEMAKER OR CAREER WOMAN)

17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Yes, I am a single empty-nester who identifies as a homemaker. I know that I am called to write despite having this blog for 14 years and very few subscribers. Over the decades I have helped a few woman, one on one, by pointing them to Jesus and His word. Writing helps me continue witnessing to women one at a time.

I believe we are in the ending of time, be that time in the next hour or 100 years from now, there are so many women who need to know the truth of the gospel so that their children and grandchildren will know Jesus. Women are not meant to be the head but we are influencers, unfortunately, to many Christian women want to be social media influencers and not Titus 2influencers.

Titus 2:3-5 (KJV)
3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

Many churches disagree with my beliefs. I challenge my sisters in Christ to pray and study Scripture and learn the truth. It took me a few years of praying and Bible reading to unlearn some of the false teaching I had received. Studying the words obey and obedience is confirming what I have learned. The one thing I see with the people that disagree with me is they lack peace, I have peace.

23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.

26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
