I believe women have a key role in the development of people assigned to them as influencers. I do not believe women should have leadership positions in the church.
I know a few female Pastors, Elders and even I had a lead position in a church at one time. Based on my observations: women who are heavily involved in the church are taking away time from their key role the family. Can women teach? Yes.
