HEALTHY EATING
Most of us have been exposed to unhealthy foods since birth. Last year I learned that many of the foods, including fast foods, that we eat are banned in other countries. My opinion: doctors prescribe pills, drugs, that hide symptoms but do not cure the problem. Diet, exercise and a positive mindset help the body heal.
