LET’S TALK ABOUT JESUS

I am not a theologian. I am not a prophet, or evangelist nor do I posses any traditional titles related to Christianity. I am a believer and I do want to talk to other believers about what Scripture really states.
My goal is to present biblical principles to my sisters in Christ because as a Christian woman I know what it is like to live in this world and walk a Christ centered life.
I used to belong to a church that compromised God’s word, I didn’t know at the time that I did, I struggled, now I do my best to live a life according to the will of God which is why I have peace, even when there is a storm.

American Christianity is out of order, I will discuss the why in my blogs. My focus has been and will be on what the Bible says regarding God’s will for women.

Since 2010ish I have been blogging with very few subscribers, part of the problem is: I have not been true to myself. As social media becomes inundated with opinions and people discover their is more to being a Christian than dumping money into churches, places in which the leaders get richer and the giver still struggles my goal is to lead people to what thus sayeth the Lord.

I am trying to keep each post under 500 words but, since I include the Scripture reference with what I write that is not so easy.

Anyway, let’s talk about Jesus. That means I would like you to comment after my post, also Subscribe and share.

RESPECTFULLY, Marsha L Floyd

1 Corinthians 2:12-14 (KJV)
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
