1 Timothy 2:1-6 (KJV)
1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
It is Christmas Day, the day in which Christians celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior and, it is also a day in which other people celebrate. Not everyone is “saved”; I am not a fan of that term. Notwithstanding, I am making a list, mentally, of people I want to pray for, that they will accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
First Timothy chapter two verse three through four states: “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.“ Father God wants all of us to spend eternity in His presences and we do this by establishing a personal relationship with His Son Jesus.
There are those who partially quote Luke 13: 25, “ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are”, not applying it to themselves. I pray for them too!
I am compelled to pray for so many people in those I don’t know, those I know of and those I know personally. My will is God’s will: that all be saved and come to the knowledge of truth but I know not everyone will be saved because many don’t want to follow Him.
I am not saying I will pray salvation everyday but I will pray. What about you?

Luke 13:24-27 (KJV)
24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
